Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with the products you received, we're sorry to hear it and will gladly accept returns for most items that are still in brand-new condition within 20 days of delivery. Please use our website's customer service department and let them know the item(s) and why you want to return them. Please package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging after receiving our return instructions. Deliver your parcel to the neighbourhood post office.

After we receive your delivery, most returns are handled in 5 business days or less. If we are not otherwise instructed, we will credit your Lulus wallet with the reimbursement. You may either use your wallet balance on your subsequent purchase or withdraw money from your payment account. You'll get a confirmation email after your refund has been processed.

Return Conditions

To determine if a purchase is right for you, you have 20 days. Please get in touch with us within 20 days after delivery if you want to return or exchange the item.
