We take returns within 30 days after delivery. If you have any return inquiries, do get in contact with us within 30 days of the delivery date.
When the return shipment came, were you informed?
As soon as your return cargo reaches our facilities, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Depending on your address, it may take longer or shorter for you to receive the returned products.If you return the things one at a time, you might have to pay an additional postage price. If a customer is unsatisfied, it may be because they bought the wrong item, it wasn't what they were looking for, or they just no longer enjoy it. In this case, the customer is in charge of paying the actual delivery expenses. Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened and still have the manufacturer's label on them.
EXCHANGES
Only things that are faulty, wrongly sized, or damaged can be replaced. If you need to exchange something, e-mail support@shetory.com.
DELIVERY
You will receive an email from support@shetory.com after your order has been validated. When we send our goods within the US, we also provide the following information: It takes five to eight business days to process (Monday to Friday). It may take up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) for orders mailed to US addresses to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived after three weeks, kindly send an email to support@shetory.com.
When will your money be returned?
Please allow 3 business days from the time we receive the returned item to the time we decide whether or not to provide a refund. An email containing the choice will be included with your transaction. If you are accepted for a refund, please wait 3-5 business days to receive it. Your refund will be instantly applied to the original credit card or payment method.
What should you do if you encounter any issues?
Please contact us for better guidance if the product is flawed or you have still not received your refund. Please inform us as soon as you can. The Shetory Shop's sales and refund requirements must be followed in order to grant refund claims.
Taxes, handling fees, and shipping costs
FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliver all orders to addresses in the USA. For all overseas orders, the shipping choices are UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Use the signature service if you don't want to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you choose not to use the signature service. Please get in touch with us if this is the case so that we can file a claim on your behalf.
