Only items bought using this website's shopping cart are covered by the policies in this area. We are unable to accept price adjustments, exchanges, or refunds for goods purchased via physical stores or other websites.

Cancellations: 

Order cancellation requests must be made by 3 p.m. PST on the day the order was placed in order to completely cancel the transaction. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the full cost of the item(s) if you decide to cancel on a future day. Your credit card statement may not reflect the refund for up to 10 business days. For further details, we suggest contacting your bank to learn about their specific refund and processing procedures.

Exchanges & Returns:

Within 14 days of receipt, you may return or exchange your product if you're not completely happy with it. Send an email to with the order number and problem. Your credit card will be reimbursed when the items have been returned in line with the aforementioned instructions, minus shipping costs. Once the returned items are collected and examined, if you requested an exchange, your replacement items will be prepared for dispatch. Please wait up to 7 to 10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your account.

Orders' Policy on Refunds: Refunds returned with the message "Undeliverable"

All returned items are handled right away and refunded in full, excluding the cost of postage. The client will need to get in touch with customer support if our courier returns an order that is deemed "undeliverable" because the recipient refused delivery or provided an erroneous address when placing the transaction. For the purposes of this policy, "erroneous address" refers to any missing or wrong information that makes the order appear to be undeliverable, including but not limited to incorrect street, city, or state names and incorrect street, flat, or building numbers.

Last-chance items:

Several of our products, including everything in the sale area, are sold as last sales. Sale sections and sample sale events cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or codes. The shipping time for the sale items is up to five business days. Prices in the sale area only apply to certain styles and colours; they do not apply to styles that are comparable.
