Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packaging. There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are examples of perishable items that cannot be returned. Moreover, we do not accept things that are dangerous, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

Present cards. products of downloadable software. a few health and beauty supplies. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Please don't return your purchase to the merchant. If appropriate, there are several circumstances in which only partial refunds are given: Book showing clear signs of usage. Opened software, video games, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, and vinyl records. Any item that isn't whole or has missing pieces is damaged for reasons other than our mistake. Any product returned beyond the 30-day delivery window

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If you're accepted, your refund will be processed, and within a specified number of days, a credit will be immediately credited to your credit card or other original form of payment.

Missing or late refunds (if APPLICABLE)

Check your bank account one more time if you haven't gotten a return yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider, because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Only faulty or damaged products are subject to replacement. Send us an email at happy-swift Email if you need to swap it for the exact same thing.

GIFTS

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when it was purchased and sent to you directly. You will get a gift voucher in the mail when the returned item has been received. We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.
