SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?

During the course of one business day, your order will be processed and shipped.

CHECKING UP ON YOUR ORDER

You will get an email notification once your order has left the warehouse with the shipment information and tracking number. Please give the monitoring page 24 hours to update with the latest information. Please keep an eye on your packages. For missing or stolen cargo, North Carry assumes no liability. If no one is home to accept a package, the postal courier may leave it at your front door. We have no control over your shipment until the postal courier has delivered it. Orders that the courier has scanned or confirmed as "delivered" are not subject to replacement or refund. You are liable for the initial shipping charges if your item was returned due to an erroneous address, an incomplete address, an abandoned parcel, or a denied shipment. This sum is going to be deducted from your order.

REFUND/ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing us at hello Emailm within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled since the shipment has already been shipped. In the event of a cancellation, a complete refund will be made using the original payment method. Please be aware that refund processing and account updates may take a few business days. We provide free returns and replacements for goods that are either broken, malfunctioning, or defective. Please contact us with the subject line "Damaged Item" within 365 days of your purchase. Please send us a picture of the damaged products so we can arrange for a refund or a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost.

GUARANTEE OF 45 DAYS' MONEY BACK

For up to 45 days from the date of purchase, you may return your order for a full refund if you're not completely happy. Products being returned must be in brand-new condition and be in their original packaging or box. If applicable, you must have bought merchandise from them to be qualified to request a refund. Send an email to our customer service stating your review and asking for a refund with the subject line "45-Day Money-Back Promise."
